You will find more information about our returns process below. Please be sure to have your return pre-authorised by a member of our team before sending your purchase back for a refund.

Please submit your application for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase to [email protected]

We will only issue refunds for orders that have been pre-authorised for return by a member of our team.

Please be sure to follow our official returns process (as outlined below), otherwise your refund may be denied.

Step 1

Contact a member of our team either via telephone or email to advise them of your wish to return or exchange your item, and your reason for doing so.

Step 2

Should you be required to return your item for a refund, do contact us directly and for the United Kingdom we will provide you with the returns details for Royal Mail delivery. For non-UK returns, we will arrange a collection of your item via FedEx, please note we do not cover this cost.

Step 3

You will receive a notification once your parcel has landed with us. Once here, your ring will be assessed, and your refund processed. You should expect the funds to clear in your account within 5 working days.

Refunds are made directly to the account matching the payment card used at point of purchase.

If you are requesting an exchange, your new ring will be shipped out within 10 working days.
